SCALES offers an interesting twist on fresh seafood, with a constantly changing menu of fresh cuisine presented on a chalk board. While there are a handful of entrees, I chose the swordfish and mako shark from the woodgrill, which offers three side options of fresh arugula salad, grilled vegetable skewers or linguine. With friendly weight staff and quick service, from our calamari to our entree, the meal was fabulous.
